Bookbinding Workshop – Miniature Matchbox Books – April 22nd

Create a Minature Matchbox Book.

Murrurundi Railway Station 22nd April 10am to 3pm

Miniature Books – in this workshop we will make a series of miniature books that will be stored in their “matchbox” cases including an Accordion Book, a Japanese stab binding book, a leather cross stitch journal and a scroll. If time allows, we will do a coptic stitch journal.  This is a great activity to use up scrap materials as book binders do not throw things away – “just in case”! Participants can bring matchboxes or small tins. This is a fun workshop that has endless possibilities.
