Terms and Conditions of Entry

Entries will only be accepted from entrants residing in these listed postcodes or Financial Members of Murrurundi Arts & Crafts Council ( MACC )
2328, 2329, 2330, 2333, 2336, 2337, 2338, 2339, 2340, 2341, 2342, 2343
Number of Entries
You may submit one or more entries per Category, up to a maximum of 4 entries overall.
Entry Fees are $5 per photo. Entrants under 18 years of age are free. Entry fees are Non – refundable.
Size
All photos maximum size 300 dpi and may be in Colour or Black & White.
Conditions of Display
Photos must not have been previously shown in any competition in Murrurundi and must be the bona fide work of the entering photographer.
Judging
The Judges decision is final. MACC reserves the right to not accept any photographs deemed to be unsuitable for viewing or re‐assign to another category when deemed appropriate.
Winners Announced
Winners will be announced on 24th October 2025 with prize monies paid within 14 days.
Media & Right to reproduce Photographs
Murrurundi Arts & Crafts Council reserves the right to reproduce entered photographs in the Media and produce and sell reproductions of the photographs (including but not limited to prints, postcards, catalogues, and digital copies) for the purposes of fundraising, education, and the promotion of this and future Art Prizes and Exhibitions.
