
Conditions of Entry
Number of Entries & Entry Fees
- $10 per artwork – Maximum of 3 works per person
Entries Close
- Entry forms must be received by Friday 20th March 2026 @ 6pm
Size & Hanging requirements
- Works must be ready for hanging with D rings etc
- Works must be no greater than 500mm x 400mm ( 20 inches x 16 inches ) overall size
Delivery of Works
- Works to be delivered to The Old Uniting Church, 126 Mayne Street Murrurundi
- Saturday 21st March between 9am & 3pm & or
- Sunday 22nd March between 9am & 12noon
- Please download & attached labels provided when completing your entry form
Commission
- A sales commission of 20% will be charged for any works sold
Works
- Works must be recognisable as local Murrurundi subject matter
- Works must be the original work of the artist submitting the entry
- Works of any medium. (Photos not Accepted)
Judging
- All works will be judged and are eligible for the $2000 Recognisably Murrurundi Art Prize – Sponsor Destination Murrurundi
- There will be a People’s Choice Award of $200 – Sponsor Murrurundi Art & Crafts Council
Awards Ceremony
- The Awards will be announced on Sunday 29th March during the Award Ceremony which will be held in the Old Uniting Church 126 Mayne Street Murrurundi between 5pm & 7pm.
Media
- Murrurundi Arts & Crafts Council & Murrurundi Festival reserve the right to have any works reproduced in the media.
Collection of Works
- Monday 30th March between 10am – 4pm
- Please organise alternate pickup times when you deliver your works
Unclaimed entries become the property of the Murrurundi Arts & Crafts Council.
Care
- All care will be taken however no liability by the Murrurundi Arts & Crafts Council Inc or Murrurundi Festival will be accepted for loss or damage while on exhibition.
