Terms & Conditions of Entry – 2022
Our Arts & Crafts Prize 2022 is an OPEN Theme and non-acquisitive
Entries will be accepted from artists residing in the following postcodes
2328, 2329, 2333, 2336, 2337, 2338, 2339, 2340, 2341, 2342, 2343

Late entries will not be accepted.
$15 per artwork or $10 for MACC members. Limit 3 entries. Under 16 free entry, limit 2 entries, quilts 1 entry.
Size and Weight
Maximum size not to exceed 1 metre on any side, including frame, (Excluding quilts). Stretched canvas and board (with back support) is deemed framed. Hanging entries must be framed and mounted, and ready for hanging with D rings etc. A maximum weight of 10 kilos.
Delivery of Works
Hand delivery to Murrurundi RSL Hall, Mayne St, Sunday 29 May 1-5pm,
Monday 30 May, 10am-6pm.
Item may be for sale
The entry form is binding and used to create the catalogue. Works to be titled for identification purposes. (Not ‘untitled’). Please use the labels provided.
Sales commission 25%, Members: 20%. Provide Bank Details for direct deposit.
Must be the original work of the artist. Works must not have shown previously in any competition in Murrurundi. No photographs will be accepted. All catalogued entries will be judged and are eligible for the Best in Show Award which is non-acquisitive.
Conditions of Display
Photos must not have been previously shown in any competition in Murrurundi and be the bona fide work of the photographer.
The organisers reserve the right to have any entries reproduced in the media.
All care will be taken but no liability by the Murrurundi Arts & Crafts Council Inc will be accepted for loss or damage or while on exhibition.
Collection of Works
Works to be collected Monday 13 June between 12pm –5pm or Tuesday 14 June 10am-12md. Alternate arrangements must be made at the time of delivery. Unclaimed entries become the property of the Arts & Crafts Council.
Opening/Awards Night: 3 June, 6pm RSL Hall, Murrurundi
Admission $15 includes light supper and refreshments
Exhibition open: 4-5 June10-4pm and 11-13 June 10am-4pm
